Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 7 days if:

• The product is defective or damaged
• Incorrect item was delivered
• Product remains unused and in original condition

Non-Returnable Items

• Special-order equipment
• Used or damaged products caused by misuse

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after verification and inspection.
